Eligibility
Open to currently enrolled undergraduate students at any accredited college or university worldwide. Co-authored submissions are accepted.
Length
Articles should be between 15 and 30 pages, excluding footnotes and bibliography. Shorter notes and comments (8–15 pages) are also considered.
Citation Format
All submissions must use The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). Submissions with inconsistent citation format will be returned without review.
Topics
We accept papers on any area of law or legal policy, including constitutional law, administrative law, criminal justice, international law, technology law, and more.
Format
Submit as a Word document (.docx). Double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman, 1-inch margins. Author name and identifying information must be removed for double-blind review.
Review Process
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by members of our Editorial Board. Authors will be notified of decisions on a rolling basis.
