Submission Guidelines
- Formatting Requirements

Title must be bolded, 16 pt font. Author name must be italicized, 12 pt font. The entire article must be 12 pt font, justified alignment, and double-spaced. All section headers must be bolded. The article must include at least four sections, including an Introduction, at least two body sections, and a Conclusion.
- Citations

All citations must follow Bluebook format. Use footnotes only — no parenthetical citations. Footnotes must be superscript in the text, size 10 pt, appear under a bolded “Footnotes” section, and be formatted in Bluebook style.
- Research Expectations

Submissions should include a clear thesis or argument, strong academic or legal research, credible sources (cases, statutes, academic articles, government reports, etc.), and proper citation of all sources.
- Submission Requirements

Authors must submit a completed article draft, the article title, author information, a short abstract (150–250 words), and a brief explanation of the topic and argument.
