Submission Guidelines
- Eligibility
- Open to currently enrolled undergraduate students at any accredited college or university worldwide. Co-authored submissions are accepted.
- Length
- Articles should be between 15 and 30 pages, excluding footnotes and bibliography. Shorter notes and comments (8–15 pages) are also considered.
- Citation Format
- All submissions must use The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). Submissions with inconsistent citation format will be returned without review.
- Topics
- We accept papers on any area of law or legal policy, including constitutional law, administrative law, criminal justice, international law, technology law, and more.
- Format
- Submit as a Word document (.docx). Double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman, 1-inch margins. Author name and identifying information must be removed for double-blind review.
- Review Process
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by members of our Editorial Board. Authors will be notified of decisions on a rolling basis.
By submitting, you confirm that the work is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
